The day finally came that everyone had been waiting for... the day to perform the "real" play. After many days of preparing costumes, props, and learning their lines they finally got to be actors and actresses and perform for their family and friends. Everyone did an awesome job! I am so proud of everyone and got many compliments on their performance! Teaching is definitely a rewarding job!!
Way to go 1st grade!!

Thanks for filling in at the last minute!!
Mrs. Ward did such an AWESOME job coordinating this play and encouraging the students to take part in EVERY part of it. Her vision took the play from start to finish, and she encouraged the kids to participate in everything -- from helping make costumes to memorizing their lines! We are so grateful to have such a wonderful teacher!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for all of the parental assistance as well!
