CA seems to be enjoying the egg plant!
BS... trying the egg plant.
Today we enjoyed (or at least some of us did) egg plant for our snack provided throught the Fruits and Vegetables Grant. Most of the students at least tasted the egg plant although a couple wouldn't even taste!
